Watsu
Practiced in warm (95°F) water, the foundation of Watsu is unconditional holding, and being, not doing. It’s use - like massage - for both therapy and stress reduction makes Watsu the world’s first form of Aquatic Bodywork.
Many clients experience increased mobility and muscular relaxation, decreased pain and muscle spasms, deep emotional release, reduced anxiety, and a profound sense of peace and safety in their bodies.
With regular sessions, clients often report improved sleep, digestion, immune response, emotional resilience, and presence.
"Watsu with Frances was so deep, nourishing and restorative. It was a womb-like experience. I felt held and supported and felt like my body was being deeply listened to. It's kind of beyond words, something to be experienced." Kristen
Currently offered the second Saturday of each month in a warm, saltwater pool.

Floating Community Reiki
Float on the surface (on a pool raft) or be held within it (supported by pool noodles) - your choice. Either way, you'll be suspended in bathwater-warm saltwater while receiving group Reiki and a recorded sound bath.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation and the body's own capacity to restore balance. You don't need to do anything to receive it - just float and be open.
We'll begin with 15 minutes to settle in and get comfortable. Then 45 minutes of floating stillness, sound, and energy - receiving Reiki as a group while the sound bath moves through the water. The pool has a gentle current, so you may drift and encounter others as you float - this is simply part of sharing the water together. We'll close with 15 minutes for you to gently move and integrate in whatever way feels right for your body.
2nd Saturday of each month. Pre-registration required.

Sound & Water Meditation
Your vagus nerve—the longest cranial nerve in your body—loves vibration. Humming, singing, and vocal toning stimulate it, helping regulate your nervous system and create a sense of calm and safety.
Now imagine doing this while floating in warm water.
Join us for a gentle exploration of sound and resonance in bathwater-warm saltwater. We'll hum together, share simple songs, float while toning, and notice how sound moves through water—and through our bodies.
This is both ancient practice and embodied science. A massage for your nervous system. A reminder that your voice is medicine.
No experience needed. This isn't about performance—it's about vibration, connection, and the healing power of sound.

Women’s Warm Water Connection
Reconnect with your own sense of knowing.
A guided connection experience in a warm saltwater pool, where you’re invited to slow down, notice what’s true for you, and connect from that place.
Together, we’ll explore:
~ listening to your body and what it’s telling you
~ expressing what’s real, in ways that feel natural and supported
~ connecting with others without pressure, performance, or small talk
Everything is invitational. You’re always at choice about how you participate.
No experience needed. You don’t have to be outgoing or “good at groups” - just a little curious.
Come as you are.

Community Floating Meditation
Warm supported stillness—held by pool noodles in bathwater-warm saltwater, accompanied by ocean waves.
This is a shared meditation in community. The pool has a gentle current, which means we'll naturally drift and sometimes bump into each other. Rather than fight this, we'll make it part of our practice: What do we notice when our bodies encounter another? Do we contract or soften? Can we hold care for ourselves and each other as we share this space?
A non-verbal sanctuary for deep rest, presence, and exploring what it means to truly be together. Optional meditation prompts woven throughout.
